Welcome to the official V-FORT web site!

V-FORT is a program that I wrote to create a virtual tabletop for playing games over the internet. V-FORT is not a game in and of itself, rather it is a means to play Role Playing Games (RPG) with other players over the internet. These are sometimes called ‘pencil & paper’ or ‘tabletop’ gaming. There are literally thousands of these types of games, the most famous of which is probably Dungeons & Dragons. However, this program was not built to play a specific game, rather it is intended to be a generic tool used to play many games.
